Hi, I just wanted to say hello and look forward to searching the forums for new ideas and maybe help others out with anything I know. I quit smoking and started vaping last month back in early August. I started vaping on an itaste mvp 2 with a eco tank clearomizer. That setup was short lived...I used it for about a week and a half, then ordered what I really wanted which was a Kawasaki green LP Reo Grand. I also choose the new reomizer 5.0 when I placed my order. I have no regrets and love that thing. I have been experimenting with coil builds and so far my favorite coil for flavor and hit is the stove top coils. I got the idea from rip trippers on YouTube. I made two coils from 24 gauge kanthal, about 5 wraps on each coil, it's at about .3/.4 ohms. I get good vapor and really good flavor from the coils. Only downfall from that setup, I run through a lot of juice, those two coils heat so quickly it's hard keeping juice in the rayon. Also, my batteries drain down a lot quicker. I usually pop a new sony vtc5 in as I get to work, and about 5 hours later change it out for a fully charged back up. Then put the dead one on the charger once I get home.
My wife took the itaste from me when I got the reo setup, now she's to the point where she wants her own reo grand. I asked her what she wanted and she told me to get her a metallic red LP, and the same atty I have. My wife doesn't know yet, but I just ordered her the atty, some spare bottles, and a button cover. I'll order her red mod early next month and get it all set up for her upcoming birthday. I think she'll be a happy camper.
