Hello all.. I am a newbie to the vaping world. I started about a moth ago. My first kit was the ego twist 11 ma. Two weeks ago I upgraded to the I-Taste VV V3, and a dual coil chamber. I Started vaping by accident. I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer on the 6th of January. I began my stop smoking regimen on the 26th of December with Chantex. It was working great for me. My last cigarette was on January 13h. My wife did not want to use Chantex, so we met a guy at a Super bowl party and hehad a vaping kit. He told us where to go, so I went in to surprise my wife with a kit. As I spoke with the salesman, He let me know that I could get 0 nic oils, so I bought two kits instead of just one. Now I am exploring this new world that we have entered. I'm a researcher so I am glad to be a part of this forum.

Its a great thing for ex-smokers and some of us are simply into it for the hobby, believe it or not !

Hi Walt! So glad you found vaping! It sounds like you are well on your way.I agree with your wife about the Chantix. Am also sorry to hear of your Kidney cancer. I am sending my prayers your way. Congrats on quitting cigarettes! You have indeed entered into a brave new world with vaping. Enjoy your travels! You can probably find out answers to just about any vaping questions you have, here on the forum. It has helped me on my journey, for sure. It sounds like your sailing right along though. Wow... :( I commend your wife on not wanting you to use Chantex, I've seen that stuff give people severe personality disorders. This one guy I used to work with was one of the meanest jerk I ever met, when he started taking Chantex, he started crying a lot and wanted to hug everyone, unfortunately nobody wanted to hug him back because one it was awkward and two nobody really liked him, or how he used to be anyway. It was odd!

I hope you get through your cancer! I read an interesting study recently about this guy named Paul Stamets "Fungi Perfecti" using Turkey Tail Mushrooms to cure his mother from cancer, I'm not sure if it works for all types of cancer but he said it cured her and she hasn't been sick since...

Thanks much. I have a quick testimony of my world changing for the better. I moved the beginning of this month. Before I quit smoking, I couldn't walk a flight of stairs without being completely winded. I smoked since I was like 12, and I am 41. When we were caring furniture up and down stairs, I felt great and had plenty of wind. That was an amazing feeling people! I was totally elated!
