E vapor is definitely the way to go, makes giving cigs up very easy. So far, this looks like a pretty cool forum. Started mixing my own DIY stuff, so far so good, learning how to tweak it.
First started vaping last year, June 2011. bought a cigarette sized e-cig and it died after a week. Sooo I found a more reputable named brand and it died on day 2. called the company and got replacement parts... worked for 1 more day then it died. Gave up vaping totally after dropping approx 80 - 100 dollars. Was very discouraged. Then this fall the organization I work for has gong totally INSANE about smoking to the point where if you smell of cigarette smoke you'll be fired.... all new hires are tested for nicotine and NOT hired if they have it. So I spent about 2 months researching the net and (thanks to these forums) discovered VV & bought a Lavatube. I'm so glad I did. Vaping has changed my life and probably saved it as well since I was over 2 pk a day smoking and since i've gone vaping i feel like i've quit smoking totally without any withdrawls or weight gain. Since then I've helped 9 smokers at my work switch to vaping so they wouldn't lose their jobs and they are all now ex-smokersMy advice to anyone new don't waste money and time on the flimsy imitation cigarettes. go with an awesome device like a Lavatube or Provari.... you'll never look back.
