Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Hello everyone. New to this world and I started by picking up a lil 808 from V2. I've noticed that my mouth and throat didn't agree much with the prefilled cartys. I ordered some blanks and VG juice and things are good. Now this moves me to the next issue. I have been looking for cartridges or tanks or whatever that work really well with the thicker VG liquids. It seems maybe if I should try a bottom coil like these Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette ?

Then I got to thinking maybe if I upgraded to a larger unit. I would kind of like to stick with the 808 so I was checking out the new Tritan from halo and saw smokeless has the x2 which seems to be the same idea but a little more expensive. I'm not sure if Halo's tank is a bottom feed or not though and it looks like I would have the option of a bottom fed tank from smokeless.

Anyway that was kind of a rambling so what I'm trying to gather is what are people who do 100% VG use? Anyone use the halo tritan or X2? Any other suggestions?

I tried looking at a wider variety of options but it gets a little over whelming with the tanks and mods and vaporizers and atomizers and whatever else is happening.

Figured I'd give this a bump and add. Is there a benefit to switching to 510? It seems to be a little more common, does it have better performance or is it just the way most companies have chosen to go?

Another thing I was checking out Firebrand and they seem pretty expensive, are they doing anything special or just got good marketers?

Hi puffin and welcome. I know this may or may not help but i use carto tanks with all of my juices and my favorite is Boba's Bounty which is 100% vg, it works great for me as i can decide how many holes i need to punch in my carto for the juice i am using. I have used carto tanks on ego type batteries and they work fine....i have since moved on to big batterie mods and such.

+1 on getting a Spinner or Twist, or any other 510 or eGo compatible system. 808's are very limited in options compared to the 510/eGo stuff. I fussed with cartos and 808 batteries for 6 years off and on, and only when I moved to a Kanger S2 did I think I could actually quit with the e-cig. Then I got an Itaste MVP and a few different tanks and clearos... now I know I can do it!

Hi Puffins
Welcome to ECF. We're glad you're here.
I'm a 100% vg user too.

Here's my experience:

Some juice vendors have very thick vg juice. Some do not.
I use Johnson Creek Red Oak line of pg-free juices. They are not too thick for my needs.

I use cartomizers naked (haha...no tank).

I have also graduated to a REO. This is a bottom feeder mod. Rob, the creator of the REO, is a 100% vg man. He designed this mod with vg users in mind. There is a sub-forum here for REO users.
Reos Mods

Sometimes newbies use the term "bottom feeder" when what they mean is "bottom coil" as in clearomizers. REO is a totally different delivery system & uses cartomizers & atomizers that are fed from a juice bottle located below.

You can either find some thinner vg juices or get a different system. But I'm with you on liking vg juice best.

Thanks for the responses guys. I thought of one other thing that I am interested in. I want this to be as few parts as possible. So just a battery and a tank.

If possible could you post links to what you guys are using or suggest? Or if it is a specific brand that I can search for instead of getting such a huge list of options.

I'm kinda leaning toward the volt x2 with one of their bottom coil tanks cause it seems a simple route but I still want to hear more suggestions so I don't up making another one of these threads in a couple weeks haha.

Edit: I will check those out bullette, thanks for pointing them out.

edit dos: So I checked out the REO mods and they looks sweet but reminded me that I should add I am definitely working on a budget. haha.

Probably the best VG option is a Vivi Nova from an easy to use standpoint.

MINI Vision Vivi Nova Tank System - Plastic Tube

I also like the Evods a lot, these have the best taste. They do take a bit more fiddling though.

Kanger EVOD eGO Bottom Coil Clearomizer

I've used this site a lot. "5ecf" gets you 5% off. "H8EMZ" gets 10% off, but doesn't apply to everything on site.

I use an ego twist and mini vivi nova with 100% vg and don't have a problem
you just have to rinse the tank/wicks out every other day

I'm going to have to keep it on the "wish list" Do you have to worry about leaking when you put it in your pocket, like if it tips sideways or upside down?
    Re: REO
    No leaks. Period. None.
Carry it in my pocket. Lay it down on a table. Open it up to clean it. Nope. No leaks. :)
