I really hope new members do not feel offended or feel like no one is willing to help and that we are all smug people with a rod up our a$$ess.
Its just that revealing too much here in the open may lead to various consequences i.e. loss of suppliers, visit from some ppl, loss of $$, etc the list goes on.
Also not to mention that the answer is going to be the same. Wait for a PM or read carefully what others have posted.
Do not forget, we all started somewhere, and I personally do not take offense when someone posted cryptic reply.

For all things related to e-cigs, even at a geographically disadvantaged area, there is ecf. classifeds are a good source. can find one bro, open eye big big sure got here and there.

Google is your best frz... try to read up on other forums and surprise there's many lobang for you either in local or boleh land.
Local buy is not hard to find as there's a few supplier you can purchase, else look across boleh land there's a few supplier whom sell from ego to Provari... Good luck for your new PV.
