New to Vaping and Fourm. Analog free for 4 days

Hey Everyone,

I just learned about vaping Early last week, and i have been glued to this forum learning as much as i can. This is a wealth of info on this forum and everyone seems to be really helpful.

On friday i went down to E-Cig City in Laguna Beach with my sister and we both Got our first PV's. I got the eGo-T and a few juices and i am very happy to say that i havent had an analog in 4 days now.

The transition hasnt been flawless, its taken some will power at times, but so far so good. And i couldnt be happier about getting off those cancer sticks...

I look forward to learning from the vaping experiences of all of you, and untill them happy vaping!

Hhahaha thanks Natalia... I think im already getting obsessed I already placed an order this morning for a LR tank atomizer new tanks to have around and a sampler tobacco pack from vaperite... and i wouldnt be surprized if i place another order for something by the end of the day

People vary re whether they can vape non-tobacco flavors when starting out. So pay attention to any flavors that give you analog cravings and avoid those flavors for now. Some people can vape any flavor right away and some need tobacco flavors to start out.

Cartomizers are another great way you can vape. Boge 510 cartomizers are most popular on Ego and Ego can use the standard resistance or the hotter LR 2.0 (which use your battery charge faster) and if you can find them, there are medium 2.5ohm ones. These are disposable items though a few people succeed in cleaning and drying them. I only put juices I know I like into cartos. I find thin (20% or less VG) work best for me in them and I also like the juices to be clear ones that leave litle or no flavoring sediment to clog the stuffing. I can get a week or more good use out of a Boge if I fill it well, let it settle on different sides, and keep it damp when vaping.

Another way to vape, useful for testing juices, is to use a standard non-tank 510 or Ego atomizer, and a matching drip tip (510 drip tip for 510 atomizer, Ego mega atomizer for wide tube attys). You drip juice through the drip tip, wait for it to soak down to the coil, then vape.

Clean your atomizers periodically. I don't use tank attys but maybe someone can explain how you take the piercing plate out for cleaning. When i clean normal attys I blow out the atty, then I soak it in a bowl of near-boiling water, using a tongs to scoop water through, then tilting the atty underwater to let the air bubbles out, then I let it soak. Later I scoop water through again, then shake and blow it out. Then I drop it in a jar of pure grain alcohol (edible) , tilt it with tongs to let the air bubbles out, and soak in that (usually overnight) then I scoop the alcohol through it, then shake it out well, and set it to dry.

I just pop out the piercing plate with a screwdriver and run thru REAL HOT water and then run hot water down the atomizer let dry and good to go. With darker,thicker juice need to clean weekly and with clear,thinner juice week to 2 weeks. If you haven't done it need to get a LR Atty for your Ego-T, I did and WOW what a BIG differance it makes. Im not that new to vaping but am fairly new to the forum so from one newbie to another WELCOME and HAPPY VAPING

Thanks for the cleaning info Spidey, i actually ordered a LR atomizer this morning and should be here in a few days. Im looking forward to see the difference. Only hitting this device, having nothing to compare the vape to, i wanted to try something new. Can i use 50/50 vg pg in the LR??? i just need to clean the atomizer more often?

This is day to for me a true Canadian vaper! Im using my egowith the ego-T battery and have 7 juices with 8 more on the way! I have yet to try any fruit flavors. If you can find my foum ill be posting my list of juices and reviews this week.

The eGo should work with any cartomizers that use a 510 connection. If your looking for pre-filled ones good luck. Only site I have found with prefilled is www.liquidxpress.com but they do have a good selection of flavors though. If you love a bold tobacco with a little honey try the honey flue cured they have.

Yep, and on the cleaning I've also seen when cleaning the atty just soak in alchol ( the 90% rubbing kind lol ) for about 10mins and blow thru it and shake it a little and let air dry for 12 hrs or so and should be good. You will see a big diff. using the LR Atty I sure know I did. Oh and the juices backwoods brew has some great tobacco flavors.

When i bought the ego-t i also got the honey cured tobacco from Pink Spot which is really helping the cravings, in fact i think ill load that tank right now...
