I was a pack a day smoker for ten years. Tried everything to quit patches, gum and everything in between. I loved and was addicted to the hand to mouth. Being I'm in the restaurant business hungry people suck and I tend to smoke a lot more then usual. I tried the store bought blue cig, njoy, Infiniti and other "mall bought ecigs." I could not kick the habit. I'm bout to get married and the love of my love who is a none smoker but "puts up with it" because she loves me, really wanted me to quit. I broke down and got an ego. I def got ripped of at my local brick and motar store but it got me off of analogs. I have officially been 1 month and 22 days off of cigs and saved over $200 dollars. I finally found this forum and the online world of ecigs and purchased my first ego twist battery, I love it!!.....two kanger protank a later and then a vivi nova tank and I love vaping. I went to a wedding this weekend and talked to a lot of friends I haven't seen in a while " in the smoking section" I turned a lot of heads and a lot of questions but got a lot of people to consider to switch, If I can do it, anyone can do it. I'm only writing this to encourage the ones out there to make the switch and to stick with it. It's trial and error but don't give up. My life had truly been changed, my girl loves me even more as a non smoker, I'm not out casted to the smoking sections, everything smells and tastes so much better(in some cases that's not a good thing) my chest doesn't hurt and I don't have a God awful cough in the morning...it's a lot to take in when you first get into vaping and I am no means an expert. I just think its important to let people know especially people thinking bout making the switch that it's not as hard as you think it is. If you have any questions this forum and YouTube is a Godsend.... To all the vets out there thank you! I'm thinking bout getting a vamo and I'm hoping that's the last mod I have to buy.

Hi and welcome mr Muke

I'm thinking bout getting a vamo and I'm hoping that's the last mod I have to buy.

Why?

I mean the vamo is great!

But then there's mechs and hybrids and rebuildables and high ends and... and... tons of fun stuff... I guess it just the unreasonable me thats talking now.

congrats on your switching and welcome aboard.

how weird that your post was in English, and then the last half of the last sentence changed into some strange unintelligible gibberish :)

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. I did order my vamo today from ivape.net I got 2 18350 batteries and shipping for $56 dollars. I did use the ........ coupon saved a couple of bucks. I figured it was a good deal and I'll get it before my bachelor party which is next week, all my buddies smoke analogs so I figured a new toy would keep the temptation away from my lungs. I'll let everyone know how the vamo is but I'm pretty sure I'm going to love it! ;)

Yeaaaa! Good purchase! Might also wanna grab a small bottle of higher nic for your party. Drinking is a tough spot for some vapers in the beginning & causes you to really want a cig. Funny how cigs & alcohol seem to go together! The higher nic cuts the urge! Congrats on your engagement!! Don't have too much fun at that bachelor party! Lol
