This is hard and almost unbearable! Iam realy sad now and just a second away from pulling up the normal cigarettes again... This last weeks have been really bad. I'm still getting dizzy, extremely sleepy/tired
Unfocused, angry.. It's affecting my performance at work and at home.

I've tried at high VG (70/30) was the highest i could fine. Went with 0.3 mg.
Trying to drink much and not "vape" much.

Last shoot to morrow after wasting over 200$ in liquids (e-jucie) from different vendors.
Iam not gonning to vape at all..

This feels not safe at all.
It sounds like to me that you just might not be getting enough nicotine, not too much - unfocused, angry, your lungs are getting more oxygen without smoking, strong urge to smoke - your symptoms sound like nicotine withdrawal. I don't know what kind of tank or power you are vaping at, or if you smoked mouth to lung or direct to lung. If you smoked mouth to lung, you would be better of with a decent MTL tank and higher nicotine at low power (8 to 11 W or so) with perhaps a nautilus, triton mini, EGO One tank with CLR coils, etc, say 18-24 mg, just a few ml a day. I also recommend 70pg/30vg to try starting out, for the throat hit, and for many high VG doesn't work well, phlegm, congested lungs. Good luck, and again, don't worry if you smoke a few cigarettes while you are trying to find your way in vaping.

I'm practically a beginner myself but it sounds to me like you're using intermediate / advanced kit while you're still getting used to vaping. Going straight to direct lung with sub-ohm coils is pretty full on. I'd suggest something like an Aspire Premium kit, MTL and use higher nic liquid - you could always go back to your subohm kit once you're a bit more practised.

I'm not sure how many cigs you're still smoking, but you may be one of the people who's more addicted to the other chemicals than the nicotine, in which case it's worth checking out some WTA (whole tobacco alkoloid) liquid.

You may not even need the higher nic - every smoker it different - I've never enjoyed vaping anything higher than 0.6...

I bet a nautilus mini with higher resistance coils (1.6 ohms) and a great tobacco juice like HHV dragons fire 18mg with your current mod will do you . I know you have spent some cash but the nautilus tanks are probably the most successful transitional mtl tanks ever.
