New to Vaping,getting a tad sick of swallowing juice :)

Hi All
New Vaper from South Africa.
Thanks for a great forum,really have learnt a lot.
Have been partially off analogs for a week since getting my PV
have gone from 20 a day to maybe 10 in a week,sadly,my moments of weakness can only twice be blamed on the problem below

On to the question;
Just got my EGO 1000 passthru and CE4's,first week...pure pleasure.
today....leakage,oil everywhere.
Both my ce4's are leaking at the battery connection?
i have seen plenty links to threads with possible solutions etc...
but,in addition to trying to fix em,what would you recommend as a replacement clearomiser/atomiser?
Is the CE5 any better?should i look at thhe smok tank maybe?
I like the idea of the ce4 and hence bought it straight off the bat,having had no joy from an njoy set previously i did not want a repeat performance(or lack thereof)
Customisiation and fiddling is not a major issue,vv box mod ideas have been floating around my head since day 1(but thats for another thread)
Any comments/recommendations.

WELCOME TO ECF!!! Congrats on cutting down on the analogs!

I have been using the clearomizers for a while and I haven't had a leaking issue EXCEPT when I filled them and had some juice go down the air hole.

I really have nothing besides that idea but someone in the forum will probably be able to offer some tech advice.

Until you get completely settled in I'd suggest some filler type cartos. They will do the job with a minimum of fuss and should not leak.

Many luv the Boges but they have been rather problematic lately.

The longer Smok 2Ω single coils work well and will match up well with your eGo USB battery.

first i would check along the base of the clearos for any cracks. thats where i usually find leaks when they occur. or like egoaddict stated make sure you arent over filling and getting juice down the center tubing, as it will just come out the bottom where the connector is.

as far as the smoketech tanks, it what I mainly use during the day, its much more convenient then dripping or always refilling as i use about 10ml's a day. so 2 tanks will last me all day while out and about or at work. then i can fiddle with atties and cartos while at home for the rest of my vape needs till bed time.

Will be more careful filling,but will give the carts a look.
I can live with some niggles,but this constant taste of juice in my throat is terrible

I second WillyB on the cartomizers. They are easier for newbies. No leaks. Make sure you fill properly the first time & you're good to go.

Also, don't fill them all the way, leave some air in the tube.

You might also want to look at the mini vivi nova they brought out. I haven't used it, but I do use the full sized, have had no problems with leaking. That is even with throwing my pv in my purse or sticking it in my pocket.
