New to Vaping, Hooked for life!

I just was turned onto vaping, when I went to the mall for some shoes. Instead there was a kiosk that sold
the etec-e electronic cigarettes. I've been wanting to quit smoking a LONG time. So I jumped on the most
expensive rig they sold and $160 odd dollars later on Feb. 9th, I smoked my LAST Cigarette. I didn't just smoke
packs you buy, but smoked Peter Stokkebye Norwegian Shag, and smoked Drum tobacco for about 20 years before
switching to the shag. Before that I smoked Camel & Pall Mall No Filters. You can say I was a HARD CORE smoker!
I'm 50 years old, and have actually smoked since I was 10 years old. I didn't think I'd EVER QUIT, of be ABLE TO!!

I've smoked other things as well, I cannot mention here, since age of 15, and like it, I don't like CRAP! Only the BEST FOR ME! I've been to Amsterdam in 1996,
and am what you could call more than a Connoisseur, and like that stuff having to be the BEST, and the Smoking Devices
the BEST, as I had over $3000 in paraphernalia in the 1970's alone!

Now with a NEW HOBBY, I'm going to be getting a CRAP LOAD of vaping Devices! I just dumped $375 on new stuff from
4 different vendors, and LUCKILY the dude that sold me the first crappy e-cig, has taken me under his wing, and after
I talked to him awhile, he helped steer me to a lot better products! I will be putting up some posts here to get my New Member
status up so I can get into some coop buys, and also the classifieds. I want to get the GOOD ....!

I just to sell on E-bay for years, but after getting RIPPED OFF from foreign buyers who would buy item that were VERY
EXPENSIVE, then having them for MONTHS, they would ask for a Credit Card REFUND! Paypal would send them the REFUND,
and then they would KEEP MY ITEM AND NOT RETURN IT!! After loosing around $6000 and PAYPAL always siding with
the Fraudulent Buyers, finally I said enough is enough, and never used either E-bay of PayPal AGAIN! I do sell A LOT of
Guns and other bad ... items on Gunbroker, and have nearly 200 positive feedbacks.

As to my User Name: Steve McQueen's Cousin, YES, I AM Steve's Cousin! My 3rd Great Grandfather is Pike Montgomery Thomson,
which was Steve McQueen's 2nd Great Grandfather. I have items of Pike's, and he was an Officer in the Confederate States of
America! I'm a member of the Son's of Confederate Veterans, and also reenact in Arizona in Honor of him and his brother who
fought for States Rights in the War of Northern Aggression! Or what the Yankees call the Civil War!

Anyways, I think I have to make at least about 5 long winded posts before I'm allowed to get into some of the areas here!
Rest assured if you sell something to me, I'm a MAN OF MY WORD! I was raised to know what a Hand Shake means, as
my Grandpa could walk into Any Bank in Illinios, and walk out with $50,000 and only on a Hand Shake! He never even
had to "Sign" any papers as they knew he would pay that back to them even before they needed it all back by the certain
date. Because he gave his word with the "hand shake". I don't think any Banks would do it Now in this day & age. Things
are so much different now, and people aren't what they used to be!

Can't wait for my new order come rolling in, as I want to inhale some REAL CLOUDS!!!

nope, it's azregal21 on gunbroker. I've owned some really RARE guns, and have sold a ton,
of them literally. I had a 1861 six-pounder cannon, and got that in under my first year
into the civil war reenacting! I just got a real Confederate Sniper Rifle made by Thomas
Turner, and costs the CSA $1000 back in the 1860's and today they sell from $7,500 to
$9,500 and one just sold in California at auction for the $9500 I think a couple years ago.
But my knowledge is not with just Black Powder weapons, as I have owned maybe a couple
tons of Full Auto Weapons, and some were extremely RARE, like the PM-63 where only
100 were ever allowed into the US. I've owned Colts that were part of the Colt Collection
on display at the Colt factory, and some where the ONLY ones EVER MADE! I could go on &
on about guns, ... they are another true PASSION!! In Arizona you can own Machine Guns &
Silencer's or Suppressors. I see your in Kansas, I went hunting in Norton, KS about a year or 2
ago. Alot of Deer & Turkeys & Pheasants. In AZ we have Elk & Buffalo though, along with Mule Deer.

Same here! You can see the similarities, you cannot ever have too many guns, and now I find you cannot have too many vaping devices.
I think this is a bit cheaper hobby, or lifestyle than the guns, however guns are always "Money in the Bank". I sort of think as guns like "Stocks", sell when the prices go up, and buy when the prices are down. I made a KILLING when Obama took office for his first Presidents
Term. Now the Prices all peaking, and now is the time to SELL! Ammo & Weapon prices are through the ROOF!! They will also only Increase
Higher!! Mind you, you should not sell all your stuff, but if you were able to stockpile when prices were low, it's a good time to sell some.
I remember back about 1989 I could have gotten from a friend and classmate of mine, a transferable GE Mini Gun for $70,000 but I didn't have the cash at the time. I only spent $50,000 for my farm! 4 years ago that same weapon was worth $550,000 and right now it would worth closer to $650,000 to $700,000!!!!

Join the club...I'm a long-time shooter/collector/NFA owner as well (over 50 years -Gaak..has it really been that long???). Been vaping for a little over a year, and enjoying it immensely.

Right now I'm at 24mg of nicotine, but I ordered nearly $400 of new stuff in the last 2 days! Since I'm going to get a couple rebuildable atomizers, and will be getting better clouds than what I'm getting on my start-up rig, and I'll be vaping more, I'm ordering some e-liquid
at 16mg strength mostly, and one at 24mg for when I can't vape much but have the need for a cigarette. So I'm going to keep cutting down on the nicotine strength as I go. It's been GREAT NOT HAVING A CIGARETTE since Feb. 9th, but I do miss the "Rolling by Hand"!
It's been something I've done 35 years now. I never pre-rolled, only rolled when I wanted one, to insure the freshest cigarette possible! I'm kinda the same way with my coffee, I must use a "French Press" & Grind the Beans just as I'm going to add the water.
I already got another cart filled with $300 of stuff, I'll get in the next couple weeks! With all the great advice on here and finding even more great hybrids, I will be dumping quite a bit into vaping!

I loved Norwegian Shag also. But surprisingly (to me), I prefer vaping now. I swear it is a miracle. I no longer see an oxygen tank in my future.

I know what you mean! I've been away from my home & family in Arizona since July and have been in Illinois taking
care of my Uncle who has Stage IV-4 cancer. That just happened to be my incentive to QUIT! I sure don't want my
kids to have to go through what I'm having to go through right now trying my best at being a "Caregiver". Plus all
the MEDS is on is Crazy! I won't even take a Tylenol pill, and he takes over 30 different pills a day. Also I HATE
Doctors!! Plus Hospitals!! Even Nurses!!
