Hey everyone!

I'm just getting into vaping, and I plan on ordering an eVic starter kit. Only problem is I havent been able to find a CLEAR answer on what kind of carto's, clearomizers, tanks, or anything that would work well with this product. If anyone has some insight on my issue I'd appreciate some feedback tremendously! Thanks!

Just about any tank or top will work with the eVic. You'll have a lot more trouble finding one that doesn't work than you will finding one that does.

I've used cartos, clearos, and rebuildables on mine. I have yet to see one that would not work with it.

Yep anything with 510 or ego threading will work.
I use Protank 1, Protank mini 1, EVOD and T3 tanks on mine.

although you will need 5 posts here in the new members forum, and give the server time to update (it does so once an hour) before can post there, but in the meantime You can browse the eVic section of ECF

I have an EVIC and I use CE4 Clearomizer. When I put the clearomizer on the EVIC the EVIC automatically determines the ohmage to 1.7. The other numbers show 3.3V and MVR VV. I feel like I have to replace my "replacement heads" way too frequently. I get a burning smell and terrible taste after a few uses (maybe like 50 puffs). I also have been experiecing chest pains and I'm assuming I'm breathing in more then just vape (I smoked camel lights when I smoked for real about 30 cigs a day).

Can it be the E-liquid I'm using?
Is the auto ohm assigning feature from my EVIC causing the wick in the clearomizer to heat up too much?

I'm really at a loss and any insight would be amazing!

This shows as my first post, but I have been vaping off and on for 3 years. I am into 5 months and sticking with it this time.

I own an eVic and everything I have tried (CE4, MT3S, EVOD, GS-H5 tank and all of my 510 tanks) works. I would pick up a 510/ego adapter just in case there is an issue.

Steffen12345 - I wouldn't use the auto feature. It is better to adjust the voltage to the carto, no matter what the ohms reads. I have coils that read the same resistance but one vapes better .2 volts lower than the other. For me 2.2-2.4 ohms at 3.6. to 4.0 volts is a good range, 1.8-2.0 ohms is good around 4.2 - 4.6V. After a while it will be natural and you won't have to guess at it. I would also recommend a bottom wicking clearomizer like the EVOD or MT3S, they are both built the same but the MT3S holds twice as much liquid.
