So I'm about 2 months into vaping and on my 6th day of being cigarette free. I am currently using a smoktech zmax mini with nautilus tanks burning at 10-12 watts. I am ready to take the next step to rta's and rda's. I'm thinking really hard about the Segelei 100 watt plus. Also debating an ipv3 150. I would love a mech mod, but I don't think I'm quite ready to make that jump yet. Definitely still have more to learn. Provided I get one of these mods (or both lol) what would you guys/gals recommend for rta/rda/batteries etc? What type of build would you go with. I'm thinking I would vape somewhere between 30-50 watts. Also please throw out any recommendations for another mod of the same caliber as the Segelei/IPV. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have a Sig 100w V2 and it works great for me, i got it for 75$ shipped.

Ipv3 is a good mod too but there aren't any magnets on the doors, you have to buy the charging cable and instead of magnets on the doors they use screws.

Sig 100w plus has 4 magnets on the doors, no usb cable, easy battery swapping.

If you really want a 150W mod, wait for the sig 150W in december.

I have both the Sig 100W Plus and the IPV. Either has positives and negatives but I really like both. The sig is larger and not as mobile as the IPV, at least for me. The IPV use's screws on the battery door and you have to be careful when you open the case. I personally like the USB charging and it works pretty well.

I don't use the wattage on either but like the battery life. If you have a B&M close I would suggest getting both in your hands just to see the functions and size. If you aren't going to use the wattage the IPV and Sig 50W are both nice too.

{edit} Wow the site is nuked. I replied at 3:15 PM and I went to the top of the class, this was a reply to the OP.

But yeah, my question was...is the Seg 100 watt plus version 3? I've read that the adjustable 510 port on the v2 wobbles...

My v2 port doesn't wobble at all, in fact I have never even had to adjust it since I've had it & everything has sat flush on it. I just got my ipv3 yesterday and I like it very much as well. Can't go wrong with these high watt box mods. Even though I really don't use them at extremely high wattage, they're awesome to have!
