Hello guys.

I decided to switch to vaping from Cigarettes.

I bought a Vamo v9 and a kayfun v4.

I managed to set it up with the help of a friend.

I bought several liqua e liquid with 18mg/ml

I now have a question if anyone can help me. I would be grateful. I usually smoke 20 Bensons and hedges per day.

I am not sure if I need to mix the liqua e liquid to cut down the nicotine. or should I use the liqua juice as it is. My friend told me to cut it down to 3 or 6 mg. I am currently testing the Vamo with my friends e liquid which has been cut to 3 mg with flavors etc. I wonder when it runs out what should I do?

There are various wattage settings aswell, I am not sure how to customise it to my needs. Any advice welcome. thanks alot.

18mg is not too much for a pack a day smoker. However, you will have to find your own best level...and that level will change over time. If you feel woozy or lightheaded you need to cut back...strong cravings bump up.

Also, different devices may call for different nic levels. If your friend is using a different device, he/she may be good at 3-6mg.

IMO, a 18mg is a good starting point for a pad smoker and a kayfun.

I would start a with high nic level, like 18 or so and lower it as you go. That's what I did when I first quite smoking.

Hmm. While I'm trying to figure out how to get it in my country. Any advise for newbs like me? I'm used to smoking the cold kind. Not reds or menthol. Like what juice etc cause I'm sure my area here I may not get the same thats available from where you are.

I get most of my stuff from the internet, you may have to do the same.
