Hello all, glad to be here. I recently started smoking cigs again 2 months ago after had quitting for 3 years. I was going thru a break up with my spouse and the first thing I did was to pick up the cancer sticks. It's like I never stopped and am back to a pack and a half a day. Good thing is I'm back with my wife and family, the bad obviously is I feel now I'm addicted to my old nemesis. I've picked up a few disposables like an H2O and a blu and they were ok so I decided to get a blu starter pack. I've not been happy with it at all. After a little research I decided to purchase a Volcano Lavatube 2.5 which is currently in the mail. With this blu ecig I'm still smoking 5-10 cigs a day, my question is
will a stronger Vaping device really make me quit or am I just chasing my tail? Thanks in advance and God bless you all.

Hi Stargasm, wecome to ECF!
I am sorry to hear of all the trouble, but glad that things are on their way back up. As for quitting, nothing will make you quit other than you. It's all about your desire to quit, and the tools you use to achieve the goal. A "stronger" or "better" vaping device can certainly help you, it has helped many folks, myself included (even though I still slip every now and again). More important than the device is your resolve to see it through.
You obviously have the desire to quit, and you have taken steps to make it happen, but you have to keep it up and stay strong. It is easier for some folks than it is for others. Many people pick up an e-cig and put down the cigarettes, and it is done, while others, like me, struggle daily and continually look for better, more effective vaping tools to help us get through. Everyone is different. I know people that have used nothing more than disposables, or Blu (or similar cig-a-like) kits and that has been enough for them to quit (I wish that worked for me).
You have found a great resource here on ECF, there are many people here that will support you in your efforts to quit. My single most important piece of advice to help you through this struggle is the part that helps me get through every day. The advice is this:
Don't count your failures by the cigarettes you smoke, count your successes by the ones you don't smoke.
