Hi my name is Kevin
I've been vaping for about 5weeks and haven't had a cigarette since then
I do have a prob with some juice I ordered on line but the bottle of cuttwood I bought the day I started was awesome!!!!!!!
I was just tryn to save some money and got some other stuff that has been killing my throat I have steeped it and added some flavors that don't have nicotine in them tryn to dilute it but the stuff taste nasty now
If I continue to buy stuff online is there anything anyone recommends putting in it to stop the throat problem
I really like the cuttwood is there anything similar thats cheaper

Hi Kevin and welcome to ECF :)

Some juices can affect you even to the point of having an allergic reaction to something in it. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what it was in the juice that did it and sometimes it's just the VG or PG content is too high for you. Tell us what the PG/VG ratio, nic content and flavors each are.

If you want to cut a juice I suggest you don't do it with another flavored juice since it can be hard to know what the two will taste like together until you have experience with mixing. You could always get some USP grade VG and/or PG from a pharmacy or a vape shop and add that. It will dilute the flavor and nic, but it won't change the flavor beyond that.

Two things affect throat hit, nicotine level and PG concentration.

Lower the nic level and lower the percentage of PG in the juice. I personally can't stand throat hit and never buy any juice that's higher than 25/75 (25% PG and 75% VG). Usually go with either 20/80 mix or a max VG mix.

Hope this helps. If it doesn't, I'm sure one of our outstanding members will be able to assist you.

Has anyone ever used the smok gimlet giant tank
I'm having problems with the tank staying secured to the base that screws on to my box and I get a no atomizer reading on it
Can I just super glue the dang thing or what?
I hope you're not serious about the glue...

No atomizer reading suggests the coil isn't making electrical contact with the 510 connector of the mod (and therefore the battery).

Could mean a dead or shorted coil (replace it).

Are you sure you are putting the parts together correctly? Has the tank ever produced satisfactory vapor? I'm not familiar with this tank. I suggest watching a video of its use to make sure you are doing it correctly.

I noticed in the demo, that these coils have very small juice holes, so you'll probably have trouble with poor wicking of high Vg e-liquid.

I have a arctic tank that works awesome with .5 ohm coils
The smok was on sale for $16 so I got it as a back up and they won't take back at store cause on sale
But the bottom just snaps on to the base that screws in and it doesn't set on the properly all the time I don't see any reason for needing to take it off so I was figuring I could super glue it down

I would have serious reservations against using cyanoacrylic glue on a container that holds a substance that you are either ingesting or inhaling. I would look into it more before you use superglue that way. Just saying! It's the "cyano" part that I am worried about.
