I am not looking.

I am not looking.

I am not jealous, I have an E-LVT on it's way.

(Damn.....)
OK OK, calm down, it's a clone...
Not being funny, works just the same so I'm happy. To be honest I wasn't bothered if it had the logo, it just happened that the blue that was in stock had it.
Best thing I've used, feels and looks sweet.

I looked at the E LVT and the Vapor Shark DNA30 too but went for this.

Popped a fully charged VTC5 in there this morning and away I went. Initial thoughts are it's great.
Tried a Fogger V4, HyperTank and ProTank 2 with various ohm set-ups and all vape great.
All are creating good taste and vapour at just 7 watts, never mind the 30 that's available, lol. If you thought the MVP was nice this thing is in a completely different league, I've been smiling all day.
I can't recommend the vendor enough, shipping and customer service are both great and they're happy to help via the site or their Facebook Page, which is what I've been doing.

It's looking like I'll be getting another in red next month for the girlfriend, she's not long had her MVP 2.0, lol
I could easily end up having a magpie syndrome with this type of stuff!

Do they have these frequently, or is his current stock/expected stock a one off?
I'd love a blue one ...but I've bought three MVP's in the past month ...because I like them!

It's not a one off but you're best bet it to contact him via Facebook. :)

I've had a look at some of the dna devices too, but the minimum voltage thing is a bit of a sticking point for me. I like my attys in the range of 1.5 to 2.2 ohms and at the lower end of that scale 4V is going to give me nearly 11 watts, which i generally find too high, and really impairs the flavour of some juices (GVC being one that really seems to suffer).

I may be missing something and they are actually fine for 1.5ohm coils, but until i am fully reassured that this isnt a problem i cant justify buying one ahead of something like another provari or a semovar. As mentioned earlier in the thread the shark vapor dna looks like a great mod, and im not sure if the 4V minimum applies to all DNA30 mods??

I'm just not sure that one of these DNA30 mods would fit in with my current vaping needs, much as i like how they look and can see that they open up a lot of new possibilities.

OK I'm currently on a 2.1ohm coil and to get that to stop flashing and become regulated at 4 volts I have to set the watts to 7.6, no idea if that helps you.
To be honest I've been happy on 7 watts and letting it run with the resistance flashing and the volts saying 3.8 and it's been fine. It's only when I read your comment that I looked into it some more.
What I gather is that when it's unregulated [resistance flashing] it's getting the load of the battery so as the battery wears out this will vary.
Hope that makes sense, maybe someone can explain it better than me, lol.

Ahhh ok, so there is some kind of unregulated mode it can run in below 4V by the sound of it - that makes sense.

There is still too much i dont understand, and to be honest, i dont feel i need to understand as i am happy with what i have at the moment. If and when i take an interest in sub-ohm vaping i will have to learn more though, because as things stand it doesnt make much sense to me.

About 10W is as much as i need really - if i take it up any higher than that it just starts tasting more and more burnt, so i dont really get why i would want a 0.5ohm coil which would be about 12.8W at 3.2V. If i click it up to 4V which sounds like the minimum you need for it to operate as a regulated device then that would bump it up to about 16W. I'm not even sure if these fugures are correct, and i certainly dont get how vaping on any kind of coil at 20W+ isnt going to taste horribly burnt, but it obviously doesnt or so many people wouldnt be doing it!
