Hi to all my board and vaping buddies. Life has been happening and I am on hiatus, but I got a new toy and can't resist a photo. The Poldi I bought on the classies here, the CoV Aris Pro is new. Dual coiled 28ga slick wire, .75 ohms. And she vapes like a dream loaded with my old desktop peppermint. :headbang:

Congrats on snagging the Poldi. I have two, and was looking at this one for a third, but decided against it. Excellent mech. mod, you will be happy with it. :)
I love it to pieces already. They're getting hard to find. I chatted with Miriam at MMV a few days back; with the economic troubles Greece is having, they can't get any stainless to make any more, or so she said. I have a Nanos as well, so I was sure it would be quality goods. I bought it with the 350 tube-- I wanted a short car mod and it's great for that-- but MMV did have in stock a 650 tube in my finish so I ordered that. Presumably it will arrive by FedEx one of these days :)

Long time, no see. Glad to see you back, even if it's only to stop and say "hi". Lol. Nice mech.
Hello, my friend. It's nice to be here. It's been hectic, but it's also true I have been slacking. I shall try to find some time for my noob-herder duties :)

Good find and purchase, Poldiacs are rock solid mods. Just never got around to buying one myself, the switch assembly scares me for when cleaning. Still grats on the new setup, looks like a beauty with that Aris on it.
Yeah, I'm seriously happy about it. Rock solid it is. And, to be honest, I haven't taken the switch apart yet, either :)

Where and how much did the tank come with it and is it a 18650 or a built in battery

The tank is a dripper, an Aris Pro by Council of Vapor. It is one on the better flavor chasers, IMHO, available. Deep juice well, and it won't leak even when full and on its side because the air inflow is via a hollow tube in the center with ports directed at the coil positions. (It will leak out the drip tip if you turn it upside down, so don't do that, lol.) It normally retails in the $50-70 range, but you can find it on sale sometimes at 25-30. I never saw a used one for sale; folk hang on to those.

The Poldiac is a removable battery mod. The maker, Metal Madness Vapors in Athens, Greece, is presently on hiatus because of the economic crisis. I spoke with Miriam over there and she said their suppliers keep going out of business and they can't get any stainless to make things out of. When they are available, they come with a single size tube, or a set with tubes for all 3 sizes of 18- series batteries. I have 3 tubes; the one in the photo is for an 18650. The only way you can get one just now is used and you have to take whatever the seller has. Hopefully that will change. It's one of the world's best button-type mechs, reasonably priced, and MMV knows they can sell all they can make.
