The following was posted on the
fast tech site under the comments section concerning these batteries. The poster claimed to have gotten the specifications directly from Trustfire:
"Got the actual specs from the manufacturer, here is their post -
"Hi Kurt, load ratings in amperage is as following:
IMR18350 4amp
IMR18500 6.5amp
IMR18650 7.5amp" "
Now this is second hand information so take it with a grain of salt.
Even given that the specs are accurate, they are sub-par given the specs of an AW IMR, or even an Efest IMR.
All batteries are created un-equal when made in the battery factories. Andrew Wan (AW) knows this as a fact. He buys huge numbers of batteries from Panasonic and the other big manufacturers in Japan. He and his staff test each of these batteries individually. The best ones are chosen to be sold as AW, with the red wrapper and the AW hologram sticker. You pay more for AW for this service, and can be assured that it is one of the better batteries on the market. Is knowing this worth a couple bucks more per battery? Only you can answer that.
