new user of vivi nova 3.5

how's it going everyone im just a new member on this forum ... VIVI Nova is great its just i had an issue with my coil . i just bought it today in Golden Gate Vapor and i was really happy the thing is i wasnt even using it for the whole and when i was vaping my coil i guess burned out is there any other members had this experience ??? please need advise... thanks

it wasnt burned hits its just it stopped burning i tried on my other EGo-T battery and still didnt work . i tried my battery with my co-workers tank and my battery works .

now i got home i changed my coil and it works ... i was using the 2.4 and i replaced it with 2.8

Just opened my nova mini, juiced it up...primed it with a drop

Hit it and tasted a "dry hi" then nothing, don't know if shorted or burned open

Still have the 1.8 and the 2.8 in the case...will drain the tank tomorrow hit it with the multimeter and see whats up

i was thinking going back to Golden Gate Vapor where i bought it i might ask for a replacement either tank or coil

Mine came from madvapes I think..I will have to check, might shoot em an email too
(I did order a 5 pack 2.4 replacement pack

must of been a bad coil just, they should test it then replace if faulty if they are half decent that is.

I went back to the store and told them what happened . They didnt gave me a new coil . But the owner hooked me up with a juice and sleeve for my ego twist
