I bought a brand new freemax twister 80W kit and when i connect it to the charging port the blue ligt flashes then theres no light to show that it is charging, what may the problem be???

Should i return it and ask for a swop ? Or do you guys have any sugestions to fix this problem?
I don't own this but watch some YouTube reviews on it to see if/what/why you are doing wrong, or not doing, or whatever. Forget about the OPINION part, just watch the demos.
If you are doing nothing wrong, it is defective so yes, absolutely return it.

First, I'd take the tank off it and 5click Off it b4 plugging in. Then, try a diff cord and/or charger. Then, yeah, return it. Much of these products are slapped together crap. Just test well when first received and read the warranty b4 buying.
Silly question, but are you sure it is not fully charged? lol When a Freemax is fully charged, the light goes off, at least on the one I have seen.
If that isn't the case: On the Freemax I had an experience with, there was a manual that showed what the error codes mean (number of flashes of light/color of the light/etc). Did yours come with anything like that?

Actually I'm planing to bring my pod. But again, I'm worried to get fined or any law-punishment by bringing this device to your country. But I need it.
Hoping so much that one or some of you may give me any idea for this as a solution.

You should probably start your own thread for that instead of hijacking someone else's. This is off-topic from the problem being addressed in this thread.
When the battery is fully charged the light turns off. You can see the battery charge level by looking at the color around the fire button when it's pressed. It starts green when full, goes yellow and then red when almost empty. There's a review here that covers it pretty well.
