Hey guys!
Looking to buy myself joyetech cuboid 150w and joyetech ornate atomizer.
I have 2x sony vtc5 batteries already. So, there comes the question: as the ohm's of ornate coil are 0.15, can i use my vape safely with those batteries and if yes, what should be the estimated wattage?

The coil resistance does not figure much into the current draw on your batteries. The maximum current draw will occur when your batteries are in their most drained state, about 6V for the pair.

150W at 6V will draw 25A. Just above the continuous current rating of the VTC5. You're pretty safe there. If you want to be ultra safe and not stress your batteries stay below 120W when your batteries are below 3.6V (voltage out of the batteries, not the voltage out of the chip).
