Hi all,

Smoked cigs for nearly 2 decades and have been trying to quit and get into vaping.

I've tried vape pens (njoy) but they were terrible and I went right back to smoking.

I recently picked up a Wicmec predator and I feel that I may be in over my head with all these settings.

There's a ton of settings and I'm not sure which is appropriate. There's like VW, TCR mode, temp, etc.

Would using the standard 'Power' mode and just adjusting the Wattage be appropriate?

Thanks and apologies for the noob questions.

I got these batteries to go with my son's wisemec rx200.. he loves them.. Sony VTC5A 2500mAh 25A-35A Battery Genuine & Tested - Flat Top - Wholesale Discount

Power is fine, I don't know what tank goes with the predator, but my son is enjoying the ceramic coils that go with the wismec reux tank.. you don't have to do mess with any of the fancy stuff until you feel you have the time and inclination to sit down and watch a bunch of videos and learn more about it.

Like you, a regular lower wattage mod wasn't cutting it for my son, and he has found happiness at around 50 watts (if memory serves me correctly) - with the flavor the ceramic coils are providing..

Just start simple, and find where you like being, explore the other features later, if you ever want to.

I'm assuming you are using the tank that came with it as kit. Stick with power mode. set the wattage around 30 watts and then increase the power slowly until it makes you happy. Feel free to ask more questions.
By the way what batteries do you have in it?

I have the LG INR HG2.

Dumb question but if I use the Power setting, i dont need to change any of the other settings. Just the wattage?

Thanks!

I was looking at a Wismec Predator then went looking for reviews and it has a shady 510 connection that is pressfit and comes apart. I had my dealing with pressfit base in the merlin attys that seeped so I'm not going to fall twice for pressfit products.
