At the top of the forum to the right of your username is "settings". In settings choose "general settings" from the list on the left then set "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to whatever option of notification you want!

Welcome to the forum Nathalie and grats on the quitting smoking(nasty habit). I myself stopped april 10th and have not looked back. As stated above your English is great(and I work with people from Quebec). There's TONS of great information on this site which has helped me tremendously.
