Can't get much more central WI than Marshfield. I don't want to organize it though. I'm not good at that type of thing.

I honestly don't know. AFAIK I'm the only vaper here but I don't get out much since I quit drinking. There are quite a few hotels/motels here because of the huge medical center we have here. Some of them have conference rooms that can be rented. Lots of bars like every town/city in WI but I don't know what there policies are. Not much to do here if you don't go to bars.
