Hello, My name is Beakman and I'm a Vaper.
I'm 51 years old and have been a heavy analog smoker since my early teens. One Sunday at the Oldsmar, Florida flea market I saw people in booths puffing on these Ee-lec-tric cigarettes and thought it was kind of ridiculous.
But I was intrigued and I love to try new things, even for a laugh. The following week at the same place I bought a starter kit, probably a 400 series that looked like an analog in detail, because it was cheap enough to let me see what it was about. To be quite frank, it tasted like c**p and both myself and my friend had a good laugh with it ("hey, don't leave that on the couch, you'll burn a hole in it!).
Nevertheless, I was still intrigued and wondered if and what other models were like. So it was off to the internet, where I found this site and the retailers, for information.
Eventually I went back to the flea market and found a booth selling DSE901's, which seemed to me to be a good place to seriously start. I bought a starter kit, extra batts and attys, and some juice.
It was an instant hit! Not much later I ordered some larger batteries and more supplies from Vapor Kings. I chose them because the site caught my eye, was well constructed, and seemed to have the most choice so far without getting too complicated. To their credit, they have delivered as advertised which this day and age is more than I expected.
Anyway, with that order I also ordered a DSE801 starter kit, as it looked like it could deliver more and longer. And it can and that's where I am now, thoroughly enjoying both the experience of vaping and the added bonus of only smoking less than a pack of analog in the past three or four weeks of serious, dedicated vaping. :vapor:. I already feel better, and yes it still looks ridiculous in certain situations but for the most part since it fits right in with my persona, and all my friends that do see me vaping think it's the coolest thing since sliced bread.
I like the 801 and think I'll stay with this model for quite some time. I'm also starting to expand on different sources of juice (I call it Jumby-Juice, since my work is in the Caribbean).
Which leads to the aforementioned question:
Who, or where, can I get the best quality juice that best matches my former analog brands, Dunhill (red), Sherman Naturals, or American Spirit Perique. USA Mfgr's preferred, organic and/or VG preferred. There's just sooo much out there I find it hard to know where to start, other than what I know so far.
Thanks in advance, and happy vaping.

i am sorry to say but i have not found an exact duplicate of ANY cigarettes, or a tobacco flavor that i can say that i enjoy. halo makes some decent stuff if you are looking for the burning simulation. puresmoker makes there own juice and tasty vapor is my personal fav. all 3 are USA made juice and they are here on the forums.

Perique

I like this stuff. I haven't tried AS Perique cigs, but as I former pipe smoker (English and Oriental blends) I can recommend this juice. Years back, I used to smoke State Express 555 mostly, with the occasional Dunhill, Lambert & Butler, or whatever along those lines. Try out some other flavors from the tobacco category also at FreedomsmokeUSA -- I like Dark Vapure and Shade best, though I haven't tried them all yet. I think the Mellow Sunset is closer to a cigarette flavor, but I have to say that after only a few months using a PV, I don't care whether it's "just like" anything. Vaping stands on it's own as a pleasant, and better, alternative to smoking cigarettes.
