New vaper

Hey guys new vaper and now former smoker from san diego here. Its been 2 days since my last cig and i feel awesome. My mod setup is a mini protank on what i guess is called an ego twist? It says vision spinner on it but not ego twist. Anyways im new to this and dont really plan on getting crazy with mods considering i already spend thousands on computer modding and i have a kid on the way.

Anyways i got my set up from a place called zen vape here in san diego, and i have to say if you live down here zen vape is the place to go, awesome atmosphere and a great selection of organic in house made flavors.
The only issue im having is that the charger that they gave me was defective so i had to back for a new one.

So the goal here is to stop smoking cigs. However i smoke hookah a couple times a month and dont plan on stopping that. Ill post a picture once i figure out how on a mobile device.

I think you have good starter stuff. I'd buy another battery though if I were you; I have two, and wouldn't want to wait for a single one to charge.

computer modder eh? not going to get into mods? then do NOT look at the evic. don't ask anyone about it or the ability to custom program your vape on it or how it can track your vaping habits

To save money you want to pay attention to doing your own DIY eliquids; you don't have to go full blown DIY, just get the right base base instead of getting complete eliquid and add your own glycerin and maybe pg.

To save on batteries, you can keep an eye out for these:

variable voltage mini usb passthrough.
Basically a plug in power cord.
Unfortunately, I have not yet seen any that offer VW.

I used them for several months when I first started vaping; after saving up for a few months it them became feasible for me to get 2 VW battery tubes; the minute I figure out a way to go VW on a wire, I'll be back to the wire mostly.

Figure out your vaping budget:
whatever you used to spend on cigs per month
budget HALF for vaping

After a year or so, you should be able to get by spending maybe 10% what you used to spend on cigarettes
