I'm new to this and I was reading the "whiner" thread. I get it, you don't want me, as a rookie, to ask the same questions, so I won't... you just have to answer them without me asking. Haha. Ok, we've established I'm sarcastic.

Actually, I have been reading, but darn there's a lot of info out there and it can get overwhelming. I feel I barely scratched the surface and yet in a matter of days I learned so much.

Well, here's my silly little intro into the Canadian forum.

Yes, there's a crapload of information and it can take some considerable amount of time to comb through it all, never mind digest it. Just take it slowly, one question at a time and you'll get through the important bits with only minor injuries.

I think the worst questions are... "I need a PV for under 10 bucks and I need it tomorrow (#$%^& YOU CANADAPOST AMIRITE?) and who sells 100% nicotine for DIY? I want to flavor it myself with these oils I found in my mom's basement. Does anyone have free stuff to send me? Kthxbye."

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Wouldn't expect any less from a bunch of Canucks (and a kiwi). I see there's a very healthy sense of humour in here.

As if trying to sort through all the info to figure out what seems to suit me best isn't enough, I'm also taking-in the obvious inside jokes and waiting for the day I find the post that lights up the bulb of "oh, that's where that came from..." There must be some interesting stories when people get their own threads


@Mindfield: I am so stealing that line. That'll even mess even more with people I know who don't get sarcasm to begin with.

@fcitrolo: I didn't pick the name for Ricky Steamboat, never heard of him. Guess I'm not (nor was then) into wrestling. I was just trying to find a fitting name for what this is and steamboat came to mind.

@concat: No worries, I wansn't looking for a PV under $10, I was thinking more $15 and I'm ok getting it in 3 days. I'm ok with zero nic, I'm in it for the sport. At some point I'm sure I'll want to dabble in making my own flavours, but my mom doesn't have a basement, but I think she has an attic. I wonder if the oils found there work the same way? I'll start a thread in due time
