I haven't seen any trace of her since she mentioned that she was going to fire up the new 'puter. I hope she's just loading it up with software she needs and isn't having issues adjusting to the new Win8 Start Screen and getting around in general. I sent her a PM a while back with one possible solution for that which would give her back a Win7 look and feel... hopefully whatever the cause of the delay is... she'll get it worked out.

A Kriek lambic just happens to be my favorite "treat" beer. Many years ago when I was stupid, I would fill a cooler with $120 of Lindemans, throw a couple London Broils on the smoker and have a party. Hmmm
...those parties would alway fall on my B-Day, ...strange. You guys have Full Sail beer up there. I love that stuff! Especially their Nut Brown Ale. I crave that beer every now and again. (Some weird distribution fight prevents it from being sold in our area now) I miss it.
But now, I rarely ever drink. But every other year or so, I buy myself a Lindemans Kriek or Framboise on my birthday.

Full Sail is alright. I really like their winter beer. Shame it's only around for a few months...

I went from win 98 to7 and it all looked like greek till I downloaded mozilla firefox then I was right at home
Found my way to the desktop....got my tabs open now...sometime tomorrow when I get this all figured out a little better....I'm switching to chrome...already imported all my favorites to there before I shut down the old computer.

Pretty much. They're drying in the dining room now. I'll probably drag the rack out again in the morning once the haze burns off.
If I ever get a touch screen it will have to be dishwasher safe with all the bar-b-Que and hot wings I eat
don't have a touch screen...and don't want one...if I would get off of here for awhile...at least I was smart enough to get a book for win 8....just need to find time to read it
