...potential for significant accumulating snow saturday night and sunday as well as bitterly cold outbreak next week... A winter storm is expected to bring heavy snow to the area saturday night into sunday. Precipitation may initially begin as a mix of rain and sleet across portions of southeast missouri and southern illinois...but this mixed precipitation should quickly change over to snow saturday night as cold air rushes into the region. While it is still early...the latest indications are that snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches will be possible across much of eastern missouri as well as southwest and southern illinois. Accumulations will decrease to the west and northwest across central and northeast missouri. After the snowfall...a bitterly cold arctic air mass will settle across the region. Some uncertainty remains regarding the exact numbers...but this may be the coldest air much of the region has experienced in nearly 20 years. Low temperatures are expected to drop below zero both monday and tuesday morning. High temperatures on monday are expected to remain below zero across most of the area along and north of the i-70 corridor in missouri and the i-64 corridor in illinois. The remainder of the area will struggle to warm to the low single digits. Strong northwesterly winds are expected to create dangerous wind chill values ranging from -15 in southeast missouri to -30 degrees in northeast missouri and west central illinois sunday night through tuesday. Temperatures will slowly moderate...but remain well below seasonal normal through the middle of next week.

I have been trying to google it to see how wide spread this is. If it is to become common place I guess we will have to go back to paying with check or money order through the mail.

Hopefully it will just end up being an isolated event--and only the bank he does business with. I can't see how something like this could be legal any way, shape or form.
On the other hand....I sittin here getting more nerbous by the mimutes cuz the county sherriff helicopter keeps buzzing ober my area I not liking that at all. they been searching for an hour now. Too many places for criminals to hide around me, too many major drug dealers habe been caught around dese woods, and in the past there's been people shot around my area and dumped
