OBG, have ya ever tasted EM alone? Long story short, when I first attempted DIY and heard that EM was a sweetener, I DID taste it. Whoa doggies, it tastes nuttin' like a simple syrup or any other sweetener I have ever tried. Heads up.... it's powerful yuckky!
