Every morning sometime between 4:30am and 5:30am my brother who lives in Schaumburg, IL runs 10-15 miles. He has an app where you can watch his route when he runs.
Every morning between 4:30am and 5:30am I settle myself in front of my computer with my cup of coffee and watch him run and cheer him on.

A healthy one? You'd be surprised how much more energy you have to get you through the day by doing that

I would have just enough energy to be able to climb onto the gurney that they would then load into the back of an ambulance.
I used to be in shape, running 10 miles every morning shape (TY US Army) but now...not so much.
Though, I did lose 5 lbs, yesterday. I couldn't find the bag with the 20 1/4 lb burgers in it.
Today can not end fast enough. 4 day weekend ahead before I spend the next 4 weeks traveling for business. A trip to Albany NY, then 3 weeks in Korea again, followed by Dallas-Fort Worth. Then I could be off to China for a week. God, I hate travel like this!

It comes and goes, depending on contracts and such. Sometimes I sit in the office doing almost nothing, then I have times like last month and the next 2 where I'm gone almost constantly.
I don't mind it too much, as long as it isn't constant like it is right now.
Just wish I had someone to do my picks for me while I'm overseas. I don't always have a good WiFi connection and I having too much fun trying to win something here. Besides, you folks on this thread have some of the best mini conversations around.

Finally ANNIVERSARY day
2 years ago today was my first truly analog free day.
Just seems so appropriate that it's the day before the 4th.
I owe many thanks to ECF and it's members for all the help, information, and support so THANKS ECF!
Other Notes of Interest:
Pardon my short absence and Congratulations to the winners I missed.
Good thought to CCat and the family, hope the new gadget will give you all a bit more peace.
An extra Thank You to CJ for the updated avatar, fantastic art work, can't wait to see what you come up next for one of us.
Now back to the mischief & mayhem of the game, with all the great helpers and GV's generosity it's a great place to be.
