Because they call it the "manufactuer suggested retail price" they are not price fixing merely suggesting we all know it's legalese to cover what they do but it's enough. I don't agree with it much like everyone else I see it as my job as a consumer with a brain to get the best deal I can and if yihi have a problem it should be with the seller never the customer. That said the sx mini is a very successful product and demand will always be high and even though I don't agree with yihi on their pricing rules I'll still be buying an ml class.

Just got my ml from vape nw! I got the blue one. Omg this thing rocks!!! I immediately threw my tfv4 on with tank full of wta 6 mg/ml I make from zero anml carnage... Turned up to 70 watts on .1500 ohm coil and omg it's total vaping bliss! Coming from years of provari then ipv4s I'm sold. I'm looking forward to the new software. From what I understand the previous version will be upgraded but can't run same software at all. The new chipset is made to go with total revamped software.

The real revolution here is the more accurate ability to detect subtle resistance changes for temp control the previous version can't do this.

They may say "manufacturers suggested retail price" but they practice "manufacturers mandated retail price".

This is true. All manufactures have a suggested retail price but they don't void the warranty if you buy it on sale. I think if it was brought to the attention of the better business bureau YIHI would be forced to abandon their mandated prices.

I came from years of Provape Provari too. I'm totally impressed with the SX Mini. :thumb:

Don't tell the Provari peeps that ;). One actually insisted that Yihi cloned the P v2.5 chip for the sx350j, rofl!

That is funny. I don't know how that person figured that when the sx350j does so much more than the P v2.5 chip. I like Provape products but the fans over there are like religious fanatics. Also the threads over there are frustrating to get product info from because 95% of the posts have nothing to do with the product. Like the Radius thread is 677 pages long and about only 33 of those pages talk about the Radius. The rest of the pages is filled with comments about nonsense.

That's cool you're trying out the beta. I think most of my battery cap problems come from using button top batteries. I don't think the SX Mini was designed to use button top. I ordered some flat tops and I hope that solves most of the problems I've been experiencing.

I am waiting till the software comes out to see if it is really worth it. By looking at it I can't see where you can set anything different then the upgraded M. It says something about display customization. What does that do. From all the DNA200's that have come out I haven't seen one yet that I would want. I did watch a review on the VT Box 200, stay away from that one it is a piece of crap. I don't like the idea of sending it in to change the battery and the Reauleaux is using a cheap chip now. Plus it has it's faults too besides being unavailable in the DNA200 version.

Just received an email directly from Yihi
The warranty period for the ML IS 6 MONTHS.
So get the best deal you can. Still a great device and chances are if it works after month it should be OK until month 12
