I've just recently purchased the ml class and its my first tc mod and my first yihi product. im having problems inserting the batts (brown lg hg2) into it and threading back the battery cap. the batts spring back out a bit and i have to exert some pressure to try catch the threading of the batt cap. is this normal or did i get a dud? any help aprreciated guys

I use a quarter to screw the cap back in. It's easier than trying to do it with your fingers.

In a rush this morning with no time to fill a tank even ... But

Chucked a recently built Ti subtank mini on my work M Class

Locked in the res 0.232, hit it a few times and started to taste a hint of burning :(

Grabbed my new ML out the box, loaded battery , adjusted settings, threw the tank on, locked the res 0.201

Took a few vapes and luvvly jubbly ..... been on this set up all day and reignited my luv of Ti :thumb:

Expect my M just needs the 510 thread and pin cleaning ..... that'll be a day off job now

Yep I'm sure it is nothing major. Dirty 510 and also dirty battery connections will definately make a difference.

Yep love my Ti. From what I've been reading SS is not much different and seems like the biggest hassle there is with TC. 75% pf the problems I see on these threads deal with SS.

Remember all the hassle everyone had when Ni200 first hit the scene

I have had zero issues with SS, its quicker to work with than Ti and vapes similar

Think issues people are having is anything But the wire ;)

I will be keeping Ti builds for my Yihi devices though :thumb:

I'm on the 2nd latest software and hit a bit of problem.

Plugged device in and kept getting USB not recognized. Tried all online methods to remedy it and to no Avail.

Both windows 10 laptops couldn't update it.

Tried it on my windows 7 desktop and I got a corrupted file for SXIQ.

What a bummer.

I've tried virtually every USB fixing method that's online and I can't seem to get it to work.

I'm unclear what you have / don't have etc..

You have SXmini ML? And if so do you have "Link On" before you attach to your PC?
Your trying to install the SXI-Q software for the Logo Changer and update to firmware 2.202?

I linked some update docs earlier in the thread, think one of them was for Windows 10. Page or two back, but I recall someone saying there was a problem with some version still. You might look through them.

I don't know if it is like the M but after you do what Vlad said you have to click connect on the computer.

Yep I had tons of trouble just starting out with TC and that stupid DNA40 once the SX came along my first build worked. That damned DNA had to have a .1ohm build and that is tough with nickel and a newbie. Plus I was trying to build it on a KFL which was no help either.
