Even in the midst of a disease pandemic, New York lawmakers are still pushing a ban on safer alternatives to smoking. The budget bills are must-pass, but denying smoke-free resources to people who would otherwise be smoking - linked to nearly half a MILLION deaths EVERY YEAR - is unacceptable!
