Newbee on the 510 block

Hey yall
I just got my 510 in on 6-27-09!!! I am allready starting to cut WAY back on the analogs.
I do have a problem with it. I think one of my atts is bad. I do get some vaps from it but nothing like the other one that came with my kit. At first I thought it was the batt but after playing aroung I think its the atte.
Is their a way of cleaning this thing saftly??? I am about to order a couple more and some batts but in the mean time.....

Just got mine last week as well.

PS. I don't know if you work on a tanker, but I'm wondering myself if I'll be able to use e-cigs during loads/discharges on tankers.

first thing blow through the atty both directions and then plug the center hole and blow to clean the two little side holes. Make sure it's not all loaded up. Then drop 2 drops directly on the atty bridge and try it. You could also give it a quick rinse and blow with tap water, ( but sometimes it needs to dry overnight)so try just blowing it and vaping it first

I load and or discharge barges for a living and am going to use it on the barges for the most part. I mean I am NOT gonna use it on a jet fuel load but acid , caustic, 6 oil and even crude I do not see a problem seince the batt is sealed

Received mine yesterday too, working great on both sets so far =) my first true e-cig, so not too sure on maintenance and what not, but trying to read up a lot on these boards. Just waiting for this god awful taste to go away (primer?)
