First, sorry for the length of this reply, but I wanted to cover your original post in full
I know it's confusing, and everyone will have their own favorites. I guess vaping equipment is like asking which car you should buy. Most of them will get you where you want to go, but it depends how you are going to use them as to which model is better for you. A pickup truck and a luxury sedan will both work but offer completely different experiences.
I purchased the VV 1300mAh spinner with a CE5 clearo combo from My Vapor Store. It was $70. I went with that kit because the batteries last a long time and it had everything I needed. Yes, it's a little bigger than the kit you posted originally (they stand about 11/12 inches tall with battery and clearo) but I personally like them because with a full clearo, I can vape pretty much all day out and about and not worry about the battery going dead or running out of juice.
Some others have recommended the Vamo (V2) which is a great lower priced mod that will also offer you excellent battery power but in a slightly oversized package - even in shorty mode (with one battery) they are chunky. They also have a slightly steeper learning curve with them - but they offer a lot of versatility because, among other things, you can use removable batteries in various configurations.
So, everyone has a different opinion, all I can recommend is what worked for me - I purchased from a US supplier simply because it was my preference for my first order as I felt I would probably get better after-sales service.
So, now you have even more options than you can shake a stick at. Continue to do your research and then pull the trigger. Sometimes you just have to make the choice and then fine-tune from there. If you get a higher power variable voltage battery (like a 950 / 1000 / 1300 spinner / twist or even a Vamo) to start with, then all you need to worry about for a while after that would be juice and carto / clearo / atty / tank combos.
I think both the vamo and the spinner / twist would be excellent choices, it just depends on how "plug and play" you want the experience.
