I have been vaping for about 4 months, started with Smoking Everywhere (got suckered, I know, I know). Previously pack a day Newport Light smoker, but have now switched to KR808 Vapor King. It took months to get off the Smoking Everywhere autofill program, and though they function for the most part, I recommend starting by spending several WEEKS reading and learning on this amazing forum. I am not a "forum person" and rarely if ever review a product I buy on Amazon for instance, but was compelled to register if only to compliment this forum and praise its benefits. I have learned so much, and am now VERY happy and completely free of the cancer sticks. Initially I tried to salvage my significant investment in the 4081 setup by refilling with Johnson Creek Smoke juice (great stuff, good company, but hey I'm from Wisconsin too). Now that I have switched to the KR808 from Vapor4Life, learned how to properly refill the cartomizers, gained a great deal of incredible advice on alternative juice and many other informational nuggets, I can comfortably recommend this setup to any newbie. You will be amazed at how much better this is than tobacco, just be patient and willing to try something different. I'm not here as a Vapor King fanboy, you will find many other products, options, and opinions to choose from; I have to say however that this switch has really convinced me to kick the habit for good. I'm not just saying it works great for me, I KNOW there is something here for everyone who has tried to quit. I have finally come to the realization after quitting over 5 times, that I don't WANT to quit; I want to smoke and now I can. Good luck to all of you, enjoy life and happy vaping!

It has a lot to do with the drinking; very hard to stop smoking when everyone around you is partying. Every time I have fallen off the wagon has been preceded by bumming a smoke from someone at a bar or party. With a lot of towns and soon the state going smoke free, it has been great to be able to sneak a stout vape in the bathroom stall (I don't like to flaunt the ecigs around, hate jackasses like that - reminds me of the dorks talking to themselves with the Uhura bluetooth ear piece). Good to hear from a fellow cheesehead, happy vaping!

Thanks keyzygirl and dreamweaver for advice on the manuals - any favorite juice from JC or V4L you might recommend? I really like V4L menthol, wasn't impressed with JC arctic mint, but really like their tennessee cured. Unless there is a significantly better source than JC or V4L, I hate to spread my credit card around to a lot of different vendors.

Never tried JC personally... I've heard good and bad about them (clogging atomizers, bad batches in the past, etc.). From what I hear they may have cleaned up their act.

My personal favs are:
Totally Wicked (a bit more expensive): Spearmint, Vanilla
CigNot: EcoPure Rich, English Toffee

Also, if you're more interested in a USA made liquid many vendors are carrying Rath juice (I haven't tried it yet). Cigtechs.com is close (Illinois) so it gets here very fast and they carry Rath. I've ordered from all of them and have had great experiences. Totally Wicked uses PayPal and CigNot and CigTechs take CC.

Hi Jamvector,
I made it an easier time getting out of the autofill prog. I called the credit card company and had a new card issued. GAME OVER. I was surprised to get a RMA E mail from them that said "send it back and we will return your money" after the reaming I sent to their e mail address about their product, tactics and non existant customer service. I still have it but it is a POS. I can't wait till I get my DSE 905 and new flavors get here. Its gotta be better.

Thanks farrar, that was my next step. But after adding up all the places I had established the existing card number at including autopays etc, it was looking to be a major PITA.

I know I was gushing about the VK, but I am positive your 905 will be worlds better than the POS you and I both got suckered into :)
