I have been lurking around and have read alot of posts and have decided to go through Cignot and purchase the 501. They have 3 packages and one comes with a PCC. What is a PCC and is it worth getting the bigger package to have one. I want to get this ordered tonight, but I want to get the best deal and not have to purchase one at a later time. Also, would you say the car charger is also a necessity? Thanks you. You are all so informative and I am glad I found this sight.

If you are out a lot and have no access to a power source, it will probably be well worth your while to get one.

I don't own one, so I have to carry my e-cig and two spare batterys around and other bits...which is a bit of a hassle really.

The case holds a spare atomizer, and some spare carts as well as holding the battery it's charging...a tidy little system IMO.

I would think you could find a PCC sold separately. Check the sponsored suppliers section in this forum, or you can google e-cig PCC. If you are getting a PCC I really wouldn't see the immediate need for a car charger. But if you spend alot of time in the car it may be beneficial. I may get one for my KR808D-1, but with 2 batteries, I always have one ready to go. I am trying to go as cheap as possible so I get even more satisfaction from saving the money and my health.

It's the 510 and that's a good choice to start. You won't regret it. And you'll have _something_ for a reference for other things you read. That's the benefit of deciding on something... ;-)

The PCC is a personal charging case and it has an internal battery that you charge (4hours) and then you can disconnect it and take it with you when you go out. It has a slot for your ecig batt and will charge up to 5 times. Each charging cycle takes around an hour and that stretches out toward the end of the day/night. Depending on your vaping habits - a 510 battery will last you 1-2 hours so with the PCC you could be out 5-10 hours without needing to be by a wall charger. Always take both batts when you go out. You can also put two cartridges and an atty/cart combo in the PCC so you have 'juice' too.

It's a good price for that package imo and the two 'accessories' you might want to pick up an Ecopure 'Rich' which is a VG based juice - light on flavor but adding VG to your cart will greatly enhance the amount of vapor and I also like the taste of 'Rich' but it won't interfere too much with another flavor - just a couple of drops on the cartridge filler for a vapor boost.

It looks like they are out of passthroughs - a passthrough is good when you're stationary - by computer, watching tv, reading or in a car. The best way to use a passthrough is with a usb wall plug and car plug that are rated 5Volts output 1amp (sometimes written 1000ma - milliamps). That gives enough power to drive the passthrough (PT). Some usb ports and chargers are only 300-500ma and are for charging rather than running a PT.

You can get a passthrough at Rocky mountain vapors or many other places - RMV usually has a good price and may have some in stock. The car and wall plugs are available at cignot under accessories/adapters - it's the top 2.

If you get all of those and some juice you'll be good to go for a while. Things you might add later (or sooner):

mega batts - gives about 2x the battery life of a regular 510 batt but is also longer - won't fit in PCC (there's a rubberband workaround) :
510 TITAN Electronic Cigarette-Mega Power 5 Manual Battery Multi Packs.

510 mod - will give you about 6x plus batt life vs. 510 regular I've gone a day and a half with it. Loads of vapor too. The guy making them says he's making only a limited amount and retiring ;-) but if handy you could make one too:

ya like the other posters said, if you are on the go and don't have anywhere to recharge your batteries, the PCC comes in handy. But if you have extra batteries, or are near a power source most of the time, it is not necessary but nice to have. I bough the kit that included it, haha, and I am home 23.5 hours a day!!! no need for now, but I have it.It also comes in handy if you want to charge a second battery while your first battery is in the wall charger.

Ok, just some tips
A PPC is a Personal Charging Case. It can hold 1 battery 1 atomizer w/ cartridge and 2 other cartridges. It will charge a battery 4 times to full before the PCC itself needs to be recharges.
Price seems good for that kit. Usually a 510 starter kit goes for about $35-$40, and a PCC sells for about $20
Id go for that.
When you select your batteries get Manuals. Better control over your vaporization and the batteries seem to last longer.
Select the 2 flavors of Juice that seems like something you might like. I recommend the Joye Cappuccino and the Like Smoke/Ruyan4 or just the plain Tobacco, but the flavor selection is up to you.

Now with your kit I would definitely recommend getting at least 2 extra atomizers and 2 extra batteries.
Also maybe some extra Juice (as the 10ml that comes with the kit wont last you long)

I dont see a Car Charger listed on their site. You wont really need one though with the PCC. Better to get a 12/24 Volt - USB Car adapter. That way you can plug the PCC into it and charge batteries that way.
You might also consider getting a Passthrough. This is device replaces the battery and you plug it into any USB port. Great for when you are at your computer or in your car (provided you have the car USB adapter). It helps save battery life alot.

Good luck and welcome to the World of Vaping

*damn I type slow. others beat me to most of the same answers. lol

I got the full kit from cignot just today. I like the PCC but then I like toys in general. USB to Micro USB is perfect. Now my car phone charger can do both devises. Plus and mentioned earlier, it's nice having two chargers for the batts. Got one in the PCC and the other in the wall charger. Just be sure to know that the cord lengths are very short.

I'd go for it, and Cignot can't be beat. Refer to my earlier thread.

Welcome to vaping, where a power source is more important than nicotine?!?!?!?!? okay only kind of. I hope you got yourself a PCC, and a passthrough is a great investment also. Some spare atty's just in case. Dont forget the E-juice, but after all the other stuff, be glad it is so cheap. And dont forget to try some different flavors! In my opinion that is one of the best parts, such a wide variety of flavors to placate the nicotine beast with.
