I'm not very experienced with nickel. I have been messing around with tc builds recently and from what I've figured out, you won't get .5 ohms out of a nickel build since it's such a low resistance wire. shoot for between .1 and .2 and turn the wattage down to 25ish with your tc on around 450 degrees. from there, adjust the wattage up until the tc starts to kick in, then back the wattage down a hair and you'll be good to go. It's a different world than kanthal so don't expect the same resistance.

You won't be able to build a .5 coil that'll fit an atty with ni200. You don't really need to consider resistance, as long as it's within the resistance scope of the mod (.1 on the Cloupor I believe). Check the build calculator at steam-engine.org to build a coil that'll suit you, and remember that ni200 contact coils don't work properly. Build spaced coils.

Sorry to get off topic but the new generation of Subtanks are providing an experience as
good as RDA.

I'm vaping on a Cloupor GT 80 and a Uwell Crown Tank.

The vape is amazing, as good as anything that I've been able to do with dripping.
The Uwelll Crown comes with a .15 Ohm Nickel Atty.

I haven't had a single dry hit in the past two weeks that I've owned the crown.
