Newbie from Colorado - Cignot ROCKS!!

I'm so thankful I found this site. I've been smoking for more than 30 years, started at 16 (that ages me...LOL). I have tried everything I could to stop smoking, patches, chantix, hypnosis, anti-depressants….you name it. After finding this site and reading all I could for 3 weeks and after making the mistake of ordering a free trial (which I was able to cancel in the nick of time thanks to you guys), I decided to go with a 510 for my first real one. I found Cignot and ordered through them. Wow, did they impress me. They shipped out the same day and I had it two days after. The product was excellent. The only problem I had was that I did not think the nicotine level of the cartridges provided was high enough for me, so after more research, I found Tasty Vapor and ordered several different liquids from them, one with a higher nicotine level but less VG.

I was blown away! I finally did not have any cravings for a cigarette, although I was vaping almost constantly. I figured maybe that is how it was at first, and in truth, I loved it so much that I was happy to vap constantly. I'm almost addicted to the flavors I got and now, that is what I crave rather than a cig. When I did try a cig, I wanted to gag at how awful it tasted and immediately put it out. I had been reading about how excellent the eGo was and how much powerful so I really wanted to try it, although I was happy with the 510's I got and with the PCC, I had no problems, except when I forgot my PCC at home and the one I had with me ran out .

I was thrilled that Cignot started carrying the eGo and ordered mine the minute it became available. Triple WOW!!!! It is the most amazing piece of equipment!! I will NEVER smoke again and I have most of you to thank for it.

You have my eternal gratitude for all the information you have shared here and for making it so easy for me to finally do something I thought I would never be able to do, quit smoking. It's like someone moved this huge mountain out of my way so I could get to where I had to go without climbing it.

Glad to hear it!! That's my combo too..Ego and Tasty Vapor!! Can't go wrong..just make sure you always have enough liquid and you can kick the analogs out forever! (Or, until they ban these great little things..)

Grats from another Coloradoan! I did a CigNot eGo as well and could not be happier! I have yet to grab the flavors at Tasty Vapors yet, but I too feel I can successfully trade my old habit in (and had tried many of the same remedies as you).

Mine was also a 3 day turnaround (1day order + shipping, 2 days postal). The eGo is awesome, and the all day battery (at medium vaping) is outstanding (not to mention that it comes with a backup battery)!

I too have ECF to thank for pointing me towards Cignot. I forget who it was but THANK YOU! I got my 510 just over 2 weeks ago and my eGo yesterday. I love them both. Right now I have 5 different TV flavors and all are yummy.

Man you know what, I love cignot and all, but usps really SUCKS! I'm in the same state as cignot... about 4 hours away actually.. and I placed an order 3 days ago, shipped two days ago, and still didn't get it today. WTF USPS?!?!?! COME ON MAN!!!

I simply don't understand why anyone would want to ban this. Can they seriously think anything could be worse than smoking??? That makes absolutely no sense to me.

You know what would be really nice? I'd love it if people could live and let live, but that's a post for another place.

I plan on really stocking up on the liquid, especially the ones I have now which I'm hooked on. I love the 36 MG Tobacco, the Dulce the Leche, Coffee/Caramel/Bavarian Cream mix and Butterred Rum (although that one is a bit strong on the rum ). My other absolute favorite is Cignots English Toffee flavor. Who needs sweets when have that??? Could serve a double purpose..LOL.

The eGo has performed so well, I'm constantly amazed, first at the power of it and second at the fact that its still going since early this morning. By this time, I would have already replaced my 510 at least once. The drip with the eGo is also much better. A better throat hit than with the 510, although that one was good. Overall, its just more impressive. I too hope we can keep this habit kicked!!!

I already have the fever..just not the funds to go with it..LOL. There is so much out there I'd like to try, but I'm grateful that what I have now works so well. Makes it easier to be patient to get more.

Sometimes, for whatever reason, shipping within the same state takes longer..go figure. I'm sorry its delayed and hope you get it tomorrow!!

Thanks for the congrats! I considered the Tornado but thought I'd stay with Janty to start with since the 510 I had worked so well. Fingers crossed that you get it tomorrow!!

Well I for one think it is gone, and I am sure you will have excellent luck with this as well.

I had one smoke in the A.M., but I have purposefully left my cigs out of reach. This is key... If you can get to them, you may be tempted to smoke one, if you have to, just throw them away (harsh, I know). I find it hardest when I am in my car and digging around for a lighter. It has become such a trained response, that even without a cig, I am still looking for one.

I'd say another thing that would help is to not break your usual routines you did with your old cig. If you used to take a break and go in the garage to smoke, just keep on doing that until you feel the urge gone. Part of the issue is routine. You aren't just breaking an addiction to nicotine by playing the step down game, you are also breaking the addiction of routine. Going cold turkey with either could make it tempting to slip.

Give it a try and let us all know how things work out. I have known I have needed to quit for several years now, and I believe this is the ONLY way out that works for me, so I am determined to make it work (not only that, I'm tired of having that smell that makes you a social pariah wherever you go).

Congrats strkaholic on a great step forward.

As far as the $$$ for mods, I have been putting back what I spent on analogs and my deal with my wife and myself is that is my vape money for at least 6 months....we both understand so no drama. You'd be amazed how fast you can have some of the things you want. After 6 months, then we'll talk about getting money savings along with our "life" savings.
