Hi guys, Jay here, newbie to this hobby. Have been smoking for 16 years and found out about e cig last summer. Used it for a good 3 months, e cig broke and went back to analogs. Not until February that vaping got my attention back and have been slowly cutting analogs so far. From 1ppd to 5 cigs/week now! I've been actually smoke free within the last 4 days! Hopefully I can kick that nasty habit soon. Thanks guys and have a great day!

Awesome. Consider a full system for emergencies in the car. My primary battery has died, I've dropped and the tank broke, etc. Just be prepared. Congratulations!

Thanks! Full system like an iTaste VTR or MVP? I've been considering about getting one, I just dont know which one to get. I smoked an analog this morning, arghh! I guess 1 analog in 5 days isn't a bad start no?

Nice job and welcome to the forums. I'm a forum newbie to

Hopefully we can kick the analog habit altogether! Welcome to ECF too brother!

Welcome to ECF!! Congrats on your decisions to quit!! :toast:

MVP is a cheaper, easy way to try out VV/VW vaping. Don't fret too much on your first purchases, switching to vaping is a long term project....:vapor:
You will find the setup that satisfies you, and that's the big difference from smoking, you have many more options to find what works best for you personally.

Hey Kutzi. Welcome to ECF. There are a TON of succesfull ex smokers here and mostly all of us have e cigs to vape. I would suggest starting with something simple like an EGO or MVP. The Vamo is really nice also and it has interchangeable batteries Thats where I started. Maybe get yorself a protank tank and some liquid from mtbakervapor.

Edit ecigs to thank.. not vape lol.... well that too

During my first month of vaping, I was strictly only vaping. In my two years of vaping, I have never gone back to an analog. Not once. When you vape, nothing beats the flavors and the customization that e-cigs have. You will learn analogs have NOTHING on vaping.

Edit: I would like to add, I have converted several of my close friends to e-cigs (all of which heavy analog users) and now we both learn and grow and upgrade with each other. The e-cig game becomes a hobby.

Did you ever feel that you have the urge to smoke just one analog? If you did, how did you manage to ignore it? I know that I'm in the right path given that I usually smoke 2 packs/2days and I am gone down to smoking just 3 sticks within the past week. ANy help of course is appreciated!

To tell you the truth, I was such a bad smoker. I would buy b*ngs and smoke my tobacco through that. Jeez, I loved the head rush. Thing is e-cigs work. If you have a urge, a e-cig will work. You get a throat hit just like analogs. You get your strong nic level if needed. I promise you things will unfold and youll see what I mean.

Your job now is to take the first step and get a device. Think of it as a down payment to quitting.

Thanks mate! I actually have a few device already. A K100 and a Magneto and a K2 that's incoming. I also have a couple of RDA. I think I need a VV/VW for I haven't tried it. I love blowing out vapors but I like tasting the flavor as well and I've read that RDA usually doesn't give you much flavor as opposed to a tank like a Kayfun or even a Protank?
