Thanks I put the order in today. Kit with extra cartos, a 306 atomizer and like 5 different juices, lol. I have no idea how to use the atomizer or fill the kit with juice to start vaping but I will figure it out. If not I will be here posting "I need to smoke, but I don't know how to!" threads. :p Bah, there are tons of youtube vids I can learn from if need be.

Used the code you gave me, ordered up to $65 to get free shipping, now it's a matter of waiting. From the reviews I see that shipping doesn't take long with this company so hopefully i will get it soon.

Thanks Vapoor eyes, Wsyeller, Sailorman and everyone else who helped me get over it and just order the thing.

You're welcome. You might want to double-check that atomizer. I'm not certain a 306 atomizer fits a 510 connection. Maybe someone more familiar with the standard 306 attys can verify it. I use one myself, but it is specially made and it could have been modified for a 510 battery connection that it normally won't fit.

Also, 306 atomizers definitely use a different drip tip. You can't use a 306 drip tip on a 510 atomizer or cartomizer and a drip tip is mandatory when you use an atomizer. If you call them quick, they might be able to make sure you get the right atomizer and drip tip(s) so you can use drip tips with the cartos as well as the atomizer.

Good catch. Yes the 306 will work on a Kgo but the drip tip won't fit. Why on earth wouldn't he have the proper atty???

Yes it will connect properly to the Kgo but won't accept the 510 drip tip. He has other drip tips but why should you be paying for another drip tip. Contact him and ask about this issue.

306 Atomizer

This is the one I got, suggested by someone in this thread. Not sure if anyone can tell if it will work with my kit SLB KGO Starter Kit

If it doesn't work it's okay, I can order another. I liked the idea of sampling though : /.

306 is the same threading as 510. 306 is slightly smaller diameter than a 510. 306 is what BLU and some other mini's use. So yeah the drip tip for a 510 will not fit a 306. Some people use 306 atomizers on a 510 because they claim it produces better flavor or something than a 510. DCV does sell both 510 and 306 drip tips

Yeah, I use an Ikenvape i06 atty, which is a 306, but I didn't know if it was modified to fit a 510 the way the 901 V2 Cannon attys are. The 306 is a pretty hot and clean tasting atty. I have 3.5ohms in both styles and I can definitely tell the difference. Either one of them are better than a 510, IMO. But the 306 is a smaller diameter and needs it's own drip tip that fits outside, rather than inside, the mouth.

Agree when I used to order from him awhile ago I always got prompt replies. Would still be my go-to guy if I wasn't ordering direct from China.

I noticed in the past he has worked late at night. Some have gotten a response to email within 5 min @ 2am. He normally responses to his email pretty well. sales@darkcityvapor.com

Excellent...I've always have had respect for the smaller vendors and I'm glad to see he's very busy and finally, in the last few months, getting the acknowledgement and business he deserves. Way to go Swer3397

Edit: and Thank You Bill :thumbs::thumbs:

Yeah got him. He called me back while I was on here, said he'd throw one in for free with no issues. Talked to him for a bit, explained what a nub I am to all this. Asked him a few questions to which he answered. Real nice guy, telling me how he makes the juices himself etc. So problem solved thanks to Bill.

I've only been vaping for a month and a half but have been DIY'ing my juices for a month. I say as far as saving money, DIY is the way to go. Myfreedomsmokes.com is a good source for unflavored juice and flavor. I also got my PG from them but I'm gonna try the stuff that Tractor Supply sells when I run out (god knows how long that'll be). WalMart has VG. I made an ingredient calculator with Excel. There are calculators available online and as phone apps but I like mine because I can easily see it from a few feet away when I'm making my juices. Watch a few YouTube videos on the topic to educate yourself, use some common sense precautions, and you'll be mixing your own juice and saving money.

The cartomizers you add with the Kgo options are extra cartomizer that are separate from the ones you get in the kit. I have ordered several kits from darkcityvapor and that is how it is. The cartomizers that comes inside the box your kgo will come in are junk. Just throw them out. These will have an extra clear donut inside of them and the battery connector will be a more gold in color. It is not worth your time trying to get them to work without causing much frustration.

I remember reading somewhere that the included cartos are Boge 2.0. Is this correct? If not, what exactly comes with his KGO kits?

the cartomizers that come in the kits box are some unknown brand to me. they are vastly different from boge and are standard resistance. What looks to me is that the filling inside is a problem. They don't absorb the liquid very well They leak and cause juice to get in your mouth very easily. They only way I could help remedy the issue some is to only fill it half way, but in the end you will lose your mind over them.

Be sure to reply back with your experience of it.

Yep I will. I am so tired of these Blu cigs. They seem to lose potency after like 10 vapes, then you're left with a weak ecig for the rest fo the day. So expensive too, can't wait to try something different at this stage.

I ordered 5 x 5ml bottles of different flavors but was worried that won't be enough to tide me over (if I dislike 2 flavors for example) so have decided to quickly ascertain what I do like and go ahead and order more as soon as I can. That way I don't have to buy more Blu's until I restock juices. I should have enough cartos for a little bit from what I can see. I have seen others suggest spare battery's etc. which I might look into also. I am very aware that I cannot stock up at any convenience store/ gas station, is all.
