Newbie here my Zeus RTA is stuck

Hi, just got back to vaping after a few years ago. I got a Zeus rta and i cant seem to get the bottom part unscrewed, again. This is my second Zeus already since the first one i got the inner tube misaligned trying to open it. Now i joined this forum so it wont happened again. I hope someone could help me out. I can remove everything expect for the build deck which is connected to the inner cylinder, the one that has the zeus etch on the 3 post. i added some pictures for the stuck part and the other is my futile attempt to fix my first tank.

Welcome to ECF. You can try putting it in the freezer for a few minutes. I've had no issues breaking down my Zeus for coil/wicking or cleaning. Maybe you are trying to force the air towers into the wrong holes. If you do get it unstuck don't tighten down too much. Where are you getting the rta's from?

Happens occasionally regardless of the tank.

This method works 100% of the time:

Hold the bottom tight and twist.

In your case, if you cant put on the piece with the juice fill holes, grip the airflow.

I'd strongly advise against any kind of pliers, if you are not very used to work with them you'll make more problems instead of less...
Seen more equipment permanently destroyed by that than saved, and not only in vaping. Leverage is a bish.

I tried the freezer method but it didn't budge. a good friend of mine owns a vape shop in my country

Every tank I own will occasionally be hard to take apart. My answers for stuck pieces are to use a jar gripper, or the porcelain tweezes that come with the gripping tool. I have all three of the gripping helpers below and all are quite useful. The middle one is great - the smallest notch works well for tanks. Good luck!

problem is there is nothing to hold on to. see that small line that the other half.

I'm having a hard time with this because i've never used or held the zeus tank. Could you not do something like this?

Use a screw driver to twist the top part? Or is that how you bent the first one?

that is how the first one got bent. The middle part doesn't have any strength at all.. I which they had put a small hook inside it or a small hole for leverage.

The cage is stuck on base only. The cage and towers both are flimsy.

Impulse buy since it was the only there. but i'm already thing of getting a new one.. not zeus anymore. i have to make a new tread to ask for opinions again. what are you using btw?

Try to reassemble the top and maybe you can get a couple threads to catch which would give a bit of leverage. Buy a cheap backup rda or rta as soon as budget allows as well.

My go to and favorite is the OBS Engine Nano. 5ml, single coil, easy to build and wick. I get great flavor from mine. The OBS Crius 2 is almost as good and many are liking the VV Kylin Mini, supposed to be better then the first Kylin.
