I think you need something like 50 posts, and then you need to verify your paypal account.
Make sure you dont artificially inflate your post count or the mods will be after ye.
Contact/PM "Joker" about verifying your paypal. There is a classifieds paypal verification form on the forum.
Its pretty far down.
