Newbie in Canada

I've only been vaping for about two weeks and already have given up on analogs, after 25 years of a pack a day. I would like to start mixing my own juice but can't find a supplier in Canada for 36mg base in volume (250ml or more). I'm expecting to ruin alot as I learn .

I tried posting to Canada national board but it said I'm too new to post there. If I could get that list in PM, it would be greatly appreciated.
