newbie need help

so i'm new to vaping. my friends do it. I'm quiting smoking cigs. I got a Vamo VV/VW from a friend with an 18650 battery. Not to sure where to put the settings. Not sure the cartomizer I have either. Also are there better brands juice than others? What to look for in a juice besides flavor? Well I'm sure I'll figure a lot of this out after I'm on the site for awhile and read the massive amount of information on this site.

Hi and welcome, juice/flavor is so subjective. he best thing to do is to find a vendor and order the sampler packs.
