newbie needs help with best mod build

i havent a clue where as to start with mods, I want to learn but i want to build one 1st, i believe ebay has all items needed any help will be greatly appreciated, I wanna blow clouds

Try browsing around the Modding Forum. Read all the "stickies". You will not be able to post over there until you get in your first 5 posts (and the server updates at :25 past the hour).

i would read the blogs on mechanicals and battery safety before trying to "blow clouds" . these are all things you have to learn and practice before you get to that point.. IMO there are no shortcuts....best of luck.
