Hello All,

I am new here but have been vaping for about a year, mostly with prefilled carts and just recently got into refilling clearomizers on a volcano inferno.

I ordered the sample pack from Halo juices. The quality of the juices seems excellent but i am concerned about a few of the flavors. I like the Tiki juice and Malibu but the other flavors specifically Prime 15 and Tribecca did not have much if any flavor at all. I mean they tasted very dull with out any discernible flavors. Also I enjoy vaping Malibu but I do not taste as many different flavors as other people describe.

Am I missing the flavors of these liquids because I am new and dont know what I should be tasting.

PS I have not had an anolog in a while so I think my taste buds have recovered, and I do have other eliquids I love taste great to me.

I have no experience with these flavors but a couple of tips with juices.

Most juices improve with age. Let them sit for a few days and they usually change. We call it "steeping" here which is not the right use of the word but everyone is on the same page so when you hear it, it means letting it sit.

Some flavors can be very subtle. All cartomizers mute the flavor a little due to the filler. Combine the two and a very wonderful flavor can be lost in a cartomizer. It's why direct dripping is so popular and why clearomizers and tanks are popular as well.

I have never tried Halo juices, although I hear good things. Some juices taste better when they are given time to steep. Some juices are good right from the mailbox, some need a week or two, and some need at least a month before they they are fully steeped. In order to steep juices, just allow them to sit in a cool dark spot. I keep mine in a drawer in my desk that is in the bedroom. Closets or pantries work just as well.

You might not have the right combination of battery or cartomizer as well. Some flavors are better when vaped warm, and other do well with a cooler vape. That's why they make variable voltage units.

Agree with all. And had to do a shout out to another Raleigh PV user.

I'm having the same issue, weak flavors. Some people have suggested to me to order and "extra shot" of flavor when placing your order. I have not tried this yet but will post when I do. Also I noticed that if I give the bottle a good shaking then the flavor improves. I don't think the companies mix them when they fill so the flavor kind of separates.

Many of the juice vendors we are dealing with are one, maybe two person operations. The explosion of PVs in this country has caught many by surprise. This is possibly why we see so many of the more popular juices "not available". Because of the demand for juices, a lot of the companies are creating them as we order thus the need to "steep" them when purchased.

After a few years of ordering juice(100+) my thought is if you like 30% of what you order your doing better than me and 90% of vapers.Dont get me wrong its a great joy to try em out and a lot of time its my taste changing but some times its a new formula too.I could be wrong and it would not be the first time enjoy the ride, my best advice to date is order small amounts.

Flavors are VERY subjective and personal...I have tried flavors that people RAVE about, and found them not at all appealing...but I also have found some that others don't talk about, and LOVED them. Like was said in an earlier post, order small amounts and try as many as you can! It also makes a difference what you are vaping them from; I find my little M40x ProSmoke tastes VERY different from my KR808 Halo G6.

I get most of my juices from The Vapor Room The Vapor Room.net | Vaporize Nicotine | E Cig Atomizers...... (I tend to include the site only because if you google the vapor room, it brings up a medicinal ......... place in CA, the one I go to is in MD) but I get an extra flavor shot on some of the juices, it is basically all trial and error.

Happy Vaping!

I have spent my fair share of money on buying juice from multiple vendors, and found that I prefer Backwoods Brew juice. I have bought sample packs from at least 5 vendors, with each of them I am lucky if I find one juice that I will order again, but with Backwoods (they don't offer a sample pack) I have liked all but three (I have tried 17, that's 82% that I liked) I like trying all different kinds of juice from all different vendors, just for fun, but my all day vape is Orchard Frost from Backwoods. I vape that stuff 80%-90% of the time.
