Well, sorta.

Some non-joyetech batteries won't charge on a Joyetech charger because there's a lip on the charger that's supposed to prevent you from screwing a small battery in there. But - other than that they'll work fine. You won't hurt either battery testing the chargers on both before you give the kit to your sister.

The Riva charger will charge eGo batteries just fine.
