I had also dry nose and phlegm for few weeks but stoped cause i had sinusitis i guess it went away last days i can finally taste my juice again.

Maybe u got also haha i dont think vaping has to do something with that since u vape many years u would notice earlier.

I've had the dry nose and throat lately too, vaping for more than 9 years, no cigarettes in sight. You have to remember there were always symptoms for some of us with the change of seasons, change of air temps, new kinds of pollen flying, etc. Also remember we're being chem sprayed like bugs with geo-engineering projects. Seriously, you can look it up.

Yes, most of us need to drink more water.

Hi everyone
Welcome and glad you joined.
Recently have had problems with dry nose and throat in the morning and thick phlegm ‍♀️. I vape xxx menthol flavour and always have. Has anyone any ideas about how I can stop this happening please

I am finding a whole lot of things change as I get older. Hydration is a good idea whether you have a dry mouth or not. I actually went to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor several years back to find out why I have that problem. With all his years of schooling and doctoring. . . he told me to eat sour candy. Go figure. Hope you find your answers or it just goes away.
